Always arrives on schedule, even when it rains! Cleans the whole yard fast and sends a picture when complete. The customer service has been phenomenal! Even during changes to the billing system, our bills have always been correct and on the expected date and the owner of the company always keeps in touch with the customers. Tristen and the Team from Happy Paws are great! They come out once a week and clean up after our 4 dogs. I get a text message 15 minutes before they arrive so I can make sure the dogs are inside. Happy Paws Waste Removal has truly been one of our best investments. They come every week, we always get a notification before they arrive and when they leave. They also send us a picture that our gate is closed, so we don’t have to worry about opening the door to let our pups out, and them getting out of the yard accidentally. They also take everything with them for disposal, so we literally have nothing to worry about. Tristan has been very responsive and easy to get ahold of when we had questions or concerns. The best weekly service I have honestly. Nothing is better than having Happy Paw come out without fail and take care of my back yard pet waste. They notify you before they arrive. I have used happy paws at 2 previous locations. We moved a year ago and didn’t resume service. I wished every day that we had! Happy Paws has cleaned our yard for about 3 and half years! They are amazing and they are always so friendly to our dogs. They even come on the holidays and clean our yard (every thanksgiving because our clean day is Thursdays). I highly recommend them!

Happy Paws Pet Waste Removal is a great company. They come out once a week no matter the weather. We also contacted Tristen @Happy Paws to come and mow our lawn when my husband was in the hospital and I was not able to, they came the same day we called them. Tristan and his crew do a great job - they are always respectful and make sure any gates are closed. My labs love when he comes as they know it means playtime. Now he may get a bit annoyed if you don’t pay your bill for several months but that is understandable 😄

I love this company so much and have used them since they opened for business a few years back. They are always on time and communicate if they may be early or late. They send a photo of my yard gate closed each time they leave so I have a peace of mind that my dogs won’t get out. Tristen and his team are first class!!! I even use his Christmas light installation service at Christmas and my house was so beautiful that my neighbors used him too!!!

Tristan and his guys do a Fantastic job with not only his pet waste removal service but his landscaping as well. They go above & beyond to make their customers happy. They let us know each time they come out and then take a picture of our gate being secured & sends it to us when they’re finished. They have been great about coming out without being given much notice to do our lawn when we were in a bind & our other lawn service couldn’t make it. I would definitely give this company 10⭐️’s!!!!

Fantastic service. They give a heads-up text when they’re 20, 10, and 5 minutes away, which I really appreciate since we don’t leave our gate unlocked. The reminders give us time to get it open before they arrive. They always send a photo of the gate latched when they’re done, so we know it’s safe to let our dogs back out—huge peace of mind. They are incredibly consistent, showing up every week rain or snow. The yard is always fully cleaned (honestly, my dogs are still trying to figure out who keeps stealing all their poop 😂). Need to skip a pickup? Super easy—just send a text. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and reliable. This service saves so much time and hassle, and I love that they take the waste with them so we don’t have to deal with it. Autopay is a huge plus, pricing is great for two dogs, and it’s absolutely worth it. We’ve used them for a couple of years now and recommend them every chance we get.

I discovered Australian shepherds.. They are the cutest puppies and the most beautiful dogs .. I have turned into a crazy dog person now .. Before I could stop myself .. I quickly got four ! My yard was a mess and it stunk to go out there .. It was my job to clean up after them .. That took the fun out of having them … I found Happy Paws and it was the answer to my prayers .. They come once a week and clean up the whole back yard for a very decent price and I don’t have to do it … They text me about 30 minutes before they arrive because I want my crew to be inside so they can do their job .. Been using for about 6 months now. AMAZING work and very reliable. I get a text about 15 minutes before arrival and an email showing my gate was securely closed upon completion. We tried a big company and did not like the service as they left the poo in a bag for us to throw away. Happy Paws takes all the mess with them. Would highly recommend to a friend.
