Always arrives on schedule, even when it rains! Cleans the whole yard fast and sends a picture when complete. The customer service has been phenomenal! Even during changes to the billing system, our bills have always been correct and on the expected date and the owner of the company always keeps in touch with the customers. Happy Paws Pet Waste Removal is a great company. They come out once a week no matter the weather. We also contacted Tristen @Happy Paws to come and mow our lawn when my husband was in the hospital and I was not able to, they came the same day we called them. Happy Paws Waste Removal has truly been one of our best investments. They come every week, we always get a notification before they arrive and when they leave. They also send us a picture that our gate is closed, so we don’t have to worry about opening the door to let our pups out, and them getting out of the yard accidentally. They also take everything with them for disposal, so we literally have nothing to worry about. Tristan has been very responsive and easy to get ahold of when we had questions or concerns. I never thought I'd write a review talking about how awesome it was for someone to pick up my dogs' mess, but here I am. My family is moving to another house soon, and the whole process started at break-neck speed; going from no plans to move to having the old house listed and the new one contracted. We were so busy that it didn't occur to me until far too late that people would be walking around in the backyard and probably didn't want to step on any landmines. I messaged Tristen at Happy Paws through the Facebook page and within hours the yard was cleaned out. I didn't have to do a dang thing - he just messaged me when he was on his way, and then again when he was done. I was able to keep doing my work knowing my yard was being disarmed. Solid service - no pun intended (but still appreciated). Will be a repeat customer.

The best weekly service I have honestly. Nothing is better than having Happy Paw come out without fail and take care of my back yard pet waste. They notify you before they arrive. Excellent communication, our yard looks great, and even one day it was pouring rain I got a text saying he’d be there shortly. I have used happy paws at 2 previous locations. We moved a year ago and didn’t resume service. I wished every day that we had! We got our new puppy in December and decided enough was enough and pulled the trigger and reached out again. Our yard was serviced the next day (today!) and my pups and kids are so happy. Nothing like a clean yard. We went with the yard sanitizer/ deodorizer as well and that was a FANTASTIC decision this time!

Tristan and his crew do a great job - they are always respectful and make sure any gates are closed. My labs love when he comes as they know it means playtime. Now he may get a bit annoyed if you don’t pay your bill for several months but that is understandable 😄

I never thought I'd write a review talking about how awesome it was for someone to pick up my dogs' mess, but here I am. My family is moving to another house soon, and the whole process started at break-neck speed; going from no plans to move to have the old house listed and the new one contracted. We were so busy that it didn't occur to me until far too late that people would be walking around in the backyard and probably didn't want to step on any landmines. I messaged Tristen at Happy Paws through the Facebook page and within hours the yard was cleaned out. I didn't have to do a dang thing - he just messaged me when he was on his way, and then again when he was done. I was able to keep doing my work knowing my yard was being disarmed. Tristan and his guys do a Fantastic job with not only his pet waste removal service but his landscaping as well. They go above & beyond to make their customers happy. Fantastic service. They give a heads-up text when they’re 20, 10, and 5 minutes away, which I really appreciate since we don’t leave our gate unlocked. The reminders give us time to get it open before they arrive. They always send a photo of the gate latched when they’re done, so we know it’s safe to let our dogs back out—huge peace of mind. They are incredibly consistent, showing up every week rain or snow. The yard is always fully cleaned (honestly, my dogs are still trying to figure out who keeps stealing all their poop 😂). Need to skip a pickup? Super easy—just send a text. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and reliable. This service saves so much time and hassle, and I love that they take the waste with them so we don’t have to deal with it. Autopay is a huge plus, pricing is great for two dogs, and it’s absolutely worth it. We’ve used them for a couple of years now and recommend them every chance we get.

I discovered Australian shepherds.. They are the cutest puppies and the most beautiful dogs .. I have turned into a crazy dog person now .. Before I could stop myself .. I quickly got four ! My yard was a mess and it stunk to go out there .. It was my job to clean up after them .. That took the fun out of having them … I found Happy Paws and it was the answer to my prayers ..
